New York, NY

Ron Suno is one of the few rappers who’s not afraid to bust a few dance moves and dance moves are exactly what the BK driller is supplying with his debut album rollout.

On Friday (May 21), the 20-year-old entertainer announced his full-length sophomore effort Jokes Up, the follow-up album to 2020’s debut, Swag like mike.

To make the move official, he released the video for the single “YA MANS,” which depicts him being a menace to society – in high fashion, of course.

“MY BODY DIFF ITS BOUTTA GET HECTIC,” he wrote on Instagram as the visual fell into fans’ faces.

“IM TRYNA SHOW YA WHO REALLY RUN DIS MUSIC SHIT LETS DO IT,” he added with a pair of flame emojis.

The dark humor showcased throughout the David Janoff-directed music video speaks well to Ron Suno’s rap persona. A May 2020 Flaunt magazine article proclaimed him to be the “first” comedian drill rapper — a title he happily gravitated to.

“Ron Suno the King of New York, people going crazy,” he said at the time. “I’m up next, 2020 vision. Let me tell you why: I’m the first comedian rapper. First comedian drill rapper. There’s no other drill rappers that’s funny, who do skits.

“Comedian rappers don’t do drill.”
