50 Cent and Young Buck have been embroiled in public discourse for years but last week, Buck claimed it was all for show. In a YouTube video uploaded on March 11, the former G-Unit member said in part, “We ain’t got no muthafuckin’ beef. You understand me? That’s what you muthafuckas get ’cause you muthafuckas are always chasing this beef shit, and then we done played y’all muthafuckin’ ass. Whole time, bro.”

But according to a comment from 50 Cent, Young Buck isn’t telling the truth. On Wednesday (March 24), a screenshot of the television mogul’s alleged response to Young Buck hit the internet, which begins with a face-palm emoji.

“He only makes a fool of himself,” the comment reads. “And the transgender man he was dating for a year gets angry every time he says he got catfished. stop lying! Damn.”

The “catfishing” 50 is referring to stems from an interview Young Buck did with VladTV in January. During the conversation, Buck was asked about 50’s long-running allegation he once had a romantic relationship with a transgender woman. Buck said he was once tricked into meeting up with a trans woman, but he was adamant there was no kind of sexual activity that took place.

“It was one of those things where I was catfished out of some shit pretty much,” he said at the time. “A person was in these DMs sending pussy [pictures] squirting all over the room and pop up and say ‘I’m in your city.’

“Me, at the time, thinking with my dick, I smashed over there thinking I’m gonna smash on this bitch and walk in the situation — it wasn’t even me knowing what the person was at the time, it was me feeling like, hold on, this is a fucking robbery or set-up because when I realized, ‘Hold on, that ain’t the same muthafucka that’s been in the video,’ I immediately got the fuck out of the room.”

Young Buck also insisted the whole situation was nothing but a rouse, adding, “It’s clearly a situation where they were using [the video] to try and set me up for whatever reason or whatever they was trying to do. Because when I seen this shit, I could see the way the camera angles were set up, but there was nothing that came from that. It was me getting out of the room honestly thinking that it was a fucking set-up from a bitch because nothing came from it.”

But 50 clearly isn’t buying it — he’s been accusing Buck of engaging in sexual activity with a trans woman for what feels like eons. Last September, 50 appeared confident he’d never reunite with G-Unit, telling DJ Whoo Kid he’d like to “forget” the crew ever existed. By the sound of it, it doesn’t seem like anything has changed.
