6ix9ine Denies He’s A ‘Snitch’ Despite Helping The Feds Send Multiple Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods To Prison

6ix9ine appeared on a recent episode of TMZ Live where he discussed his decision to turn star witness in the federal government’s case against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. In a clip of the conversation, the controversial rapper denies he’s a snitch and points out his crew betrayed him first by kidnapping him in August 2018.

What’s the definition of a snitch? What’s loyalty to you? If another TMZ staff member kidnapped you, is that loyal to you? … These are my people. How many people was I beefing with in 2018? I beefed with the whole West Coast. I beefed in Houston. I beefed with Chicago. Did I ever get kidnapped by Chicago or Texas or West Coast? Did I ever get kidnapped by them? No, I got kidnapped by my own people.

“What I did wasn’t snitching. What I did was being smart and realized that God put me there to cut my grass so I could see the snakes in my grass.”

6ix9ine was then asked if he had “concerns about his safety,” but the topic turned to Dunkin’ Donuts coffee instead.

“No, ’cause I’m at Dunkin’ Donuts and I really want to order my coffee,” he said. “When I went to jail, I got addicted to coffee. I didn’t know how happy coffee made me, like I’m addicted to coffee. It’s delicious and it makes you go to the bathroom in like two seconds.

The 24-year-old Brooklyn native was taken into custody on racketeering charges in 2018 alongside his ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan. He reportedly agreed to divulge information about the inner workings of Nine Trey within 24 hours of his arrest. During the October 2019 trial, he detailed what went down the night he was kidnapped while naming Jim Jones and Cardi B as Nine Trey Bloods in the process. As a result, he quickly earned the nickname “Snitch9ine” within the rap community and has been considered a rat ever since.

6ix9ine Mocks King Von's Murder While Quoting Pooh Shiesty Just Like He Did With Meek Mill

6ix9ine was granted a compassionate release from prison in April 2020 over COVID-19 concerns. Since then, he’s stayed busy releasing videos such as “GOOBA” and “ZAZA” while relentlessly antagonizing numerous rappers, including Meek Mill, 600 Breezy, the late King Von and Lil Durk. It’s unclear at the moment if his behavior has violated his federal probation — only time will tell.

    1. He a fkn rat and all my respect to them for blacklisting his trash ass music they ain’t want no music that flopped on the radio

    2. He’s really good at changing the narrative and manipulating the situation. He’s a complete rat by definition. He had no problem posing with guns, assaulting people and posturing like a gangster but when the situation got real he told on his folks and became the victim. Pure manipulation.

        1. @B I wouldn’t have gotten involved in something I wasn’t built for. Once he decided to put that red flag on he was no longer a civilian. The problem with this generation and the world now is people make too many excuses for dumb shit. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

          1. That goes without saying, of course. But let’s say you got involved. They treat you this way. What should a “non-civilian” do here, to get out of the situation with his/her head up?

    3. Ay, he learned from Trump, lie to your fanatics and they’ll believe whatever you tell em. Up is down, white is black. Dummies believe anything.

    4. Hahaha, he shouldn`t have assosciated himself with them at all.
Doesn`t matter what they did. He`s still a snitch

    5. This guy acts like all this shit just happened to him. I understand everyone’s a victim of circumstance, but this guy leans into every chance he has to redeem himself and uses it as publicity instead of actually trying to be better. Really disheartening behavior tbh.

    6. He is a snitch. But every other successful rapper would have done the same. At least if they had to face as many years as 6ix9ine. Moreover, his so called gang friends were already plotting his super violation.

    7. This guys leads the greatest army never seen on earth!! The keyboard warrior Rat nation lol

    8. This dude is a kid and he responded to what happened to him like a kid. He is a an entertainer. He got mixed in with a bad bunch that was slapping him in the back of the head and that was his handlers fault because streets got to close to him. The streets are never satisfied and that’s why they are all locked up. 69 was a way out of the hood for all of them but instead of protecting the money they abused him. This dude is a victim making money the best way he knows how. He gotta walk around with security for the rest of his life because we embrace street culture to much in hiphop. I feel bad for the lil dude.

      1. Allllllll of the beef he was in HE STARTED not the people who were “using him”. If u know the streets then u would know that when u in a gang u gotta pay ur dues. Maybe he didnt understand but I guess he was told. Nobody fucked Sara. The police will tell u anything to cooperate and he took the bait

    9. I don’t think he a snitch! Go check he’s last album, got minaj and Akon on it! Shit is gangsta 4 real!

    10. Will somebody on this comment section explain why they would be loyal to a group of people who robbed you, fucked your baby mama, and plotted your murder ? Fuck the code, loyalty is a 2 way street like a contract. If one party breaks the contract’s stipulations, its null and void. It isnt about whether he snitched or didnt snitch, its about were those his homies at the time he decided to snitch ? Last time I checked it was hearing a wiretap of his own homies plotting to kill him that made him snitch. So fuck that snitch shit. All he did was take out the trash. I totally respect his decision considering the circumstances.

      1. He shouldn’t have been loyal to them in terms of staying around them but he also should not have ratted. He had longer money than them I don’t condone violence but if you live this life you eliminate them by other means. Or pay someone to do it for him but either way he used the gang life to spring board his rap life then really only wanted the rap lifestyle without the drama of gang life but it was a poorly planned vision….
