SpotemGottem’s “Beat Box” is an undeniable hit. It’s become such a banger that a challenge was made with people all over the country doing funny renditions of the Junebug dance. Most importantly, though, the song is getting more life through its remixes.
The New 1017’s Pooh Shiesty hopped on “Beat Box 2,” and now DaBaby is lending his most recent freestyle for the next edition.
On Friday (February 26), SpotemGottem dropped “Beat Box 3,” featuring DaBaby, the latest remix to the Florida native’s viral hit. DaBaby had initially got on the Damn E-produced beat earlier this month with the same blazing freestyle that had many people talking on social media. Fans were especially buzzing about the slick Jojo Siwa reference DaBaby uses in his onslaught of verses.
“Damn, that n-gga Baby on fire (Bah-bah)/And it won’t go out, they know that lil’ n-gga’s a problem Got a big .45 on de-cock (Go)/Usin’ big words like I’m T.I. (Turn up)/Don’t wanna get me started, n-gga/Turn me up, n-ggas gon’ see why/N-gga, you a bitch, JoJo Siwa (Bitch),” DaBaby rapped.
Fans were upset and confused about why the Blame It On Baby rapper would name drop the 17-year-old YouTube personality that way. However, DaBaby took to his Twitter and explained the reference was just a bit of wordplay.
First, he laughed at how much Twitter amuses him in situations like these, then used Siwa’s name again to explain how he flipped her name.
“I ‘Siwa’ I’m not like the rest of you niggas,” he tweeted again before fans started to realize the more profound meaning of the line.
DaBaby’s nickname is JoJo, short for his actual name Jonathan. The Charlotte native sent out another tweet, this time to Siwa, explaining there is no beef on his side.
“@itsjojosiwa my 3 year old princess is your number 1 fan,” DaBaby said. ”I bought her every product you have out. She think she you. Don’t let em trick you into thinking id ever have a problem with you. My wordplay just went over their heads. All love on my end shawty, Keep shinning!”

This guy’s time is about up. He’ll be known more for being sued into oblivion for all the stupid shit than for anything he’s done.
Hey bud when what you’re time?
DaFuq…guess you’re the retard. What I said was pretty said wasn’t hard to understand but then again you are a Dababy fan so your IQ level might not be high enough to understand so let me translate it for you: He has one rhyme style that limits him as a rapper and no class as a human being. He can’t go around beating up everyone that looks at you period without being sued into bankruptcy. He’s getting more lawsuit than shows.. not good. His talent is limited. The average rapper only has a shelf life of 4-6 before they’re completely fallen off the radar and he’s already getting close to that range.
Talk in about a dababy fan. You’re the one who’s posting all the mans shit. You must be a Stan. Lol don’t believe everything you see on the internet and think you know so much about someone because you read a article maybe next time you won’t make a fool of yourself
Shut up bitch. The only fool here is you. That’s the whole point of a disagreement is to state your point of the argument. But I guess your peanut sized brain can’t handle reading anything longer than a sentence. I’m not a fan of DaBaby and never will be due to his limited skill set as I stated in my previous post. He’s just another flavor of the month rapper that will fade into obscurity like all the rest.
lol you’re big mad. DaBaby has made a lot of money in a short time. He is a billboard rapper for sure and will be very set from his musical career. I’m pretty sure he is rapping for money and not because he wants to be considered Jay-Z level great. He is accomplishing his objective.
Can’t believe you’re defending this guy for real. He’s not that great of a rapper honestly and he stays in trouble way too much. That money he’s made can be lost pretty easily if he’s constantly sued or in jail/prison. Once his reputation is ruined by his reckless nature and horrible attitude, fans and record executives won’t touch him because of it. It’s simple logic.
When will the fad and trend go back to emcees with skills over dope beats.
This dude is garbage
