ATLANTA, GA

YFN Lucci is a free man once again but will be under strict provisions. According to TMZ, the Atlanta rhymer was released from Fulton County Jail on Monday (February 8) after putting up a $500,000 bond.

TMZ sources say Lucci — born Rayshawn Bennett — will have to forfeit his passport and use an ankle monitor at home, where he’ll need to be during the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m ET. Outside of those hours, he’ll only be allowed to travel for doctor appointments, see his lawyers and visit his kids.

“The bond was negotiated last week and finalized today,” Lucci’s attorney Drew Findling told TMZ. “He was released just before 4 p.m. ET. There are a variety of conditions which is somewhat consistent with these cases, which included surrendering his passport.”
