Just as T.I. attorneys
continue with their motions to suppress evidence seized from the rapper’s
vehicle and statements he made during the arrest; Prosecutors plan to retaliate
by bringing T.I.’s previous
convictions into the case.

According the Associated
Press
, the Prosecution filed a motion with the U.S. District Court in Atlanta
that stated their plans to introduce T.I.P.’s
prior arrests for possession of illegal firearms, ammunition and silencers.

The rapper was first arrested on December 22, 2001 for possession
of a concealed 9mm pistol. He wasn’t convicted in the arrest in which he allegedly
gave police a false name (Douglas Morgan).
