Adult Swim, Cartoon Network’s late-night programming block for young adults, announced on Friday its first nationwide concert tours. On October 1, a 12-campus hip hop tour begins with a concert at the State University of New York in Albany, featuring Ghostface Killah and Witchdoctor.

Ghostface Killah, now on Def Jam, rose to fame as a member of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, and is the possessor of a discography that few emcees can hope to touch. Also in the works for Ghostface is a not-yet-released collaboration album with MF Doom, as well as the Wu-Tang Clan’s reunion album 8 Diagrams.

Witchdoctor
, a member of Atlanta’s Dungeon Family collective (which includes Goodie Mob, OutKast, Killer Mike, Big Rube and others), has worked with many artists in the south. His new album Diary of an American Witchdoctor will be released on October 23 on Adult Swim’s Williams Street Record label.

All shows are free and open to the public. Tickets can be obtained online at www.adultswimpresents.com.
