After a five-year absence from The Billboard 200, Southern legends UGK debut at the #1 spot this week with 161k copies sold of Underground Kingz; the best sales week ever for Bun B and Pimp C. UGK‘s previous best came with 2001’s Dirty Money, which topped at #18 with 98k sold.
Plies‘ Slip-N-Slide debut Real Testament takes the #2 spot with 96k sold, with the help of its popular single “Shawty” featuring T-Pain. Meanwhile, Common‘s Finding Forever (which debuted at #1 last week) slipped down 6 spots to #7 this week with 58k sold (213k total). T.I.‘s T.I. vs TIP is still holding strong in the top 10 at #9 with 45k sold this week (903k total).
Despite a fury of bad press this past week following a drug overdose and rehab stay, Amy Winehouse is only down one spot this week to #13 with 38k sold this week finally making Back to Black a platinum selling album (1.02M sold total).

Sean Kingston‘s self titled album fell 8 spots from #6 to #14, selling 37k this week (111k total), while T-Pain‘s Epiphany slips from the top 20 landing at #21 with 25k sold (553k total). Def Jam artist Fabolous is up two spots to #35 this week with 18k copies of From Nothin to Somethin sold (398k total).
Yung Berg‘s Almost Famous (Sexy Lady EP), which debuted at #32 three weeks ago, landslides yet again this week from #78 to #113 with 6k sold this week (36k total). Keith Murray, who’s Rap-Murr-Phobia album debuted at #52 last week, also shares the same misfortune. Murray dropped to #168 this week with 4k sold (18k total).
