Dame Dash was seen yelling at his children in a heated therapy session — or attempt at one — on an episode of WE TV’s Growing Up Hip Hop. In a clip from the show, the Hip Hop mogul repeatedly called his son Damon “Boogie” Dash Jr. and daughter Ava Dash “stupid” before labeling them “clowns” as he walked out the room.
The argument between Dash and his kids began when the Roc-A-Fella co-founder disputed something his son said. Boogie claimed his father once told him, “Don’t come around until you fix yourself,” which led to a denial by the elder Dash. Ava confirmed her brother’s side of the story and the situation quickly became tense as the therapist lost control.
Dame Dash Suing Ex-Wife Rachel Roy For Fraud
Ava told her father, “You’re the reason we can’t talk,” prompting him to call his children spoiled. Dame questioned her about going to court, an apparent reference to one of his many legal battles with her mother: Dame’s ex-wife Rachel Roy.

Boogie interjected in an attempt to give his sister a chance to speak, but the argument escalated as Dame became more confrontational.

Boogie got up to walk out at one point as the shouting match continued, eventually leading to Dame walking out himself. Before he left, he called both of his children “stupid” and “disrespectful” before verbally slamming his son and daughter.

“You’re both clowns,” he said before making his out of the room and exiting the entire building.
