Skyzoo and His Corner Store Classic

July 20th marks the day that Skyzoo will drop his much anticipated mixtape, the Corner Store Classic. Hosted by none other than DJ Kay Slay and Mick Boogie. The tape which will include guest spots from the likes of Sean Price, Maino, Guilty Simpson, Nina B, Stimuli, etc. as well as a production line up consisting of DJ Premier, 9th Wonder, Ron Browz, Black Milk, J. Dilla, Illmind, Khrysis and more!

Those in the NY area, Custom Made Ent. and Guerilla Words will be putting on the Corner Store Classic Mixtape Release Party. Taking place at NOVO. Check out Sky‘s MySpace for more details.

“The album is like 95% done. We just gotta wrap up a couple of little things … I’m really excited about it, the album is really good you know and I worked real hard on it,” Free explains.

As many have heard on the latest freestyle from Nickel Nine, entitled The Return, Royce will be a free man come July 18th!

Released for one last time this morning on work release, Royce will be packing his belongings and will officially be released by the state of Michigan at midnight (July 18).

With the year long prison sentence behind him, Royce will be putting the finishing touches on his upcoming album, Street Hop.
