Not These Niggaz Again, the supposed up n’ coming NWA Reunion album has been delayed again, as no songs have yet to be completed.
“We’re up against two things: We don’t have a lot of time, and we have to do a great record. That doesn’t compute. There are a lot of expectations with that record, and if we don’t have time to meet those expectations, it’s better not to do it than to go in and half-ass it. We made a lot of progress on the Up in Smoke Tour, getin’ back together and understanding how we’ve grown, but you know, I’m doin’ a movie here, they’re doin’ their movies. It’s really on Dre. If he ain’t puttin’ the tracks together, I really ain’t down to rap on nobody else’s tracks. He’s the quarterback,” Ice Cube said while talking with Rolling Stone magazine.
It was less then a year ago that Dre started hyping the release of the N.W.A. Reunion album. At the time, with the release of the new single and the replacement of Eazy-E, being Snoop, confirmed the album was in much anticipation. Unfortunately with the recent silence of promotion on the album it looks like these Nigga’s With Attitudes may stick to doing their own thang.
