Afeni Shakur’s Robeson County, North Carolina home burned down on Friday, July 6th.
According to authorities in the area, the home caught on fire at approximately 7:00PM, and was decribed as a “total loss.”
There was no one home when the fire began, and no injuries were reported.
According to local news station News14, three fire departments responded to the blaze. There is no word yet on what exactly started the fire.

Afeni Shakur is the mother of iconic hip hop artist Tupac Shakur, who died in 1996 after being shot. Her home was on a 56-acre farm, where Shakur is currently growing crops and raising animals.
