Sean “Slug” Daley and Anthony “Ant” Davis, collectively known as Atmosphere, have surprised their fans with a whole new album titled Whenever. Featuring 12 tracks, the project boasts guests appearances from Murs, Musab, Nikki Jean, Muja Messiah, Haphduhzen and Gifted Gab.
When asked about the LP, Slug jokingly told HipHopDX, “I have no idea what you’re talking about hahahaha!!!”
He explained in a press release, “This project is quietly about reclamation. When we are overly affected by our surroundings, we sometimes have to step back, look at it from afar, and reclaim ourselves. Take agency of our own feelings, history, visions, and actions.

Whenever serves as the follow-up to Mi Vida Local, which arrived last year. Since then, the Minneapolis-bred Hip Hop duo has been on a heavy tour schedule. Following a holiday break, they will hit the road again at the top of 2020 for the cleverly titled Wherever Tour. [apple_news_ad type=”any”]
The first show kicks off at First Avenue in Minneapolis on January 13 and criss crosses the country before culminating at the Palace Theatre in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 28.
