Pounds is teaming up with Diggin In The Crates producer Buckwild for a collaborative album titled Trafficante. After dropping the lead single “The Garden” last month, the duo debuts a new cut from the LP: “Waitin On Me” featuring Benny The Butcher and Sonny Bamboo.
“We didn’t get to hear the beat prior to the session,” Pounds tells HipHopDX. “Me and Benny showed up, burned two dozen blunts, and Buckwild chopped the sample in front of us. By the time we had our verses ready, he had the drums on it, and we smoked that shit.”
