ElCamino — the newest and youngest member of the Griselda family — has dropped off the inaugural single from his forthcoming project ElCamino 2. Titled “Stove Tops,” the track finds the Buffalo native spitting vivid verses about his tumultuous past over an ominous beat.
Fellow MC 38 Spesh, who also lends his vocals to the cut, is one of several guests on the upcoming effort. ElCamino’s Griselda brother Benny The Butcher as well as producers Green Lantern and JR Swiftz also contribute their talents to the project.
According to a press release, ElCamino 2 promises “bleak tales and violent escapades which create exhilarating highs over an assortment of soulful and moody palettes.”
The original ElCaminodropped in February and boasted guest appearances from Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine and Prodigy. Last month, the hardworking rapper dropped off the collaborative LP Where’s My Pyrex with producer Oh Jay as well as a new project with Toronto producer Bozack Morris called Saint Muerte.
