Burgeoning superstar Lizzo, for example, noted she’d just tweeted about Obama shortly before he released the 2019 edition.

“I TWEETED THIS AT 10:26AM AND ONE HOUR LATER PRESIDENT @barackobama TWEETED ABOUT ME!!!” she wrote in all caps. “WE’RE FRIENDS NOW I DONT MAKE THE RULES!!! STREAM JUICE!!! OBAMA’S 6# FAVORITE SONG RN.”

Anderson .Paak, who pops up twice on Obama’s list for his contribution to BJ The Chicago Kid’s “Feel The Vibe” and “Dang!” by the late Mac Miller, also shared a screenshot of Obama’s playlist.

The caption read, “Make It Better for the winter playlist! @barackobama,” a reference to his Ventura cut with Smokey Robinson.
