Following the successful rollout of I Got The Hook Up! 2, Master P isn’t letting his movie jets cool off anytime soon.
For his next silver screen feature, the No Limit boss has recruited Brotherly Love director Jamal Hill to tackle Get Da Bag, a movie The Colonel describes to be reminiscent of the 1996 cult classic heist, Set It Off.
“We could not have made a better choice, Jamal Hill is passionate and dedicated to the projects he creates,” Master P, who serves as the film’s producer, tells HipHopDX.
Slated for a 2020 release, Genius Minds Films will service the film, which will begin production in late October 2019. The crime-action suspense story chronicles five young Southern women amid their own “do or die situations.”
