David Letterman’s Netflix developed talk show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction is returning for its second season and will feature none other than Kanye West.

Vulture reported the possible appearance of Mr. West in January, which has now been confirmed with the release of the upcoming season’s trailer, shared on Thursday (May 16).

The trailer begins with an awkward-comedic moment between the late night talk show veteran and the music superstar with Dave asking Mr. West, “if velcro had been invented first, would there be zippers?” Ye, clearly stumped, responds, “you know, it’s really a deep question.”

In an interview with Willie Geist for NBC News, Letterman discusses his interview with Kanye detailing his initial hesitation, “I was frightened honestly because I had only met him a couple of times on the show and I knew that depending on the day, you weren’t quite sure which path you were going to be on.” He continues, “he was working on what he calls his Sunday service and I didn’t know what to expect…and we went to it early in a sound studio in Burbank and it was remarkably spiritual…it was quite moving.”
