Throughout the visual, the two rowdy rappers swap verses while people in the crowd slam into each other as part of the mosh pit, lending the video a raucous vibe.
“Pups” was directed by Ferg, Rocky and Shomi Patwary and features KandyPens abound. From the slick look of the Rubi Red, down to the flawless packaging, the KandyPens effortlessly accentuate the whole style of the video.
The track is the first one Ferg has delivered in nearly two years, although it isn’t tied to any particular project. His last full-length album was 2017’s Still Striving and he’s released a few loosies such as “Harlem Anthem” and “Verified” in the interim.
