DMX missed another scheduled court date in White Plains City Court  (New York) yesterday. The rapper failed to appear at a pretrial conference related to various driving violations related to a June 2 incident where he was stopped for driving his SUV at a high speed. DMX also received tickets for making an unsafe lane change and not wearing a seat belt.

Judge Brian Hansbury gave the rapper a one-day reprieve but ordered DMX, born Earl Simmons to appear in court today or a warrant would be issued for his arrest.

According to allhiphop.com, DMX is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with a suspended license and issued tickets for unsafe lane change violations.

The rapper failed to appear in court last summer to answer the charges and an arrest warrant was issued. He was placed in jail on June 28 and released on a $2,500 bond on June 30.
