Ty Dolla $ign stands to have his drug possession charges completely lifted with just one stipulation — no weed for 13 weeks.
According to TMZ, Atlanta prosecutors struck a deal with Ty’s attorney, Steve Sadow, last week that ended with Ty Dolla $ign entering an online drug prevention program as a part of Georgia’s Second Chance program.

The “Swalla” singer will have to avoid marijuana and prescription drugs and will be subject to random drug testing throughout the program’s typical 13-week duration.
