Tony Yayo was arraigned yesterday on charges of one count of misdemeanor assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor. The charges stem from an altercation that took place between he and the 14-year-old son of Jimmy “Henchmen” Rosemond.

Tony Yayo was release on $5, 000 bail according to sources. The rapper is required to return to return to court on April 25. His lawyer denies the charges.

It is also alleged that 50 Cent was involved but representatives for the G-Unit front-man deny he was involved in the incident.
