Rich The Kid’s 2019 is off to a rough start. The Rich Forever Music founder is being sued for allegedly owing more than $30,000 in back rent, according to Bossip.

The report comes on the heels of Rich targeted in an armed robbery on Tuesday (February 12).

Haikuhe Chichyan, Rich’s landlord, filed a lawsuit against the “Plug Walk” creator for breach of contract in January. Chichyan has accused Rich of skipping out on a Hollywood Hills mansion’s $22,500 monthly rent beginning in December 2018. Documents obtained by Bossip claim the Atlanta-bred rapper signed a half year-long lease for the home.

In the suit, Chichyan says Rich owes him a total of $32,376. This sum includes a $2,500 late fee and $7,376 worth of utilities.
