40 Cal has teamed up with Babygrande records for the release of his album, Broken Safety 2 according to hnnlive.com. The Diplomats affiliate dubbed, “Mr. Rewind That” based on his hard hitting, witty rhymes has gained a strong street following.

Planning to expand the Dipset brand, he said, “The motto this year is to do it; I did it and I do it again. Diplomats is more than a label, we like blood.”

The album features cameos from his Diplomats brethren including Jim Jones, Cam’ron, Juelz Santana, Hell Rell and JR Writer, but also others. 40 Cal has been waiting for a time when he could step out on his own but put out mixtapes in the meantime. He boasts sales of over 50,000 units.

People may remember 40 Cal from his introduction on Diplomats’ Diplomatic Immunity II,More than Music Vol., The Movement Moves On, or even MTV’s Fight Klub.
