Cardi B is coming to Sin City. The Billboard chart-topper has secured a residency with the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, according to the Associated Press.
The rap superstar’s new gig is scheduled to begin this spring. Cardi will be one of the multiple artists maintaining residencies at the Palms’ new amphitheater-style complex KAOS, which opens in April.
G-Eazy, Skrillex and electronic group Above & Beyond are among the other acts who’ve been booked for residencies at KAOS. The club is part of a $690 million renovation by the Palms, which is adding a 360-degree DJ booth to the venue.
Cardi joins a growing list of rappers who’ve found lucrative work with Vegas residencies. Drake recently inked a $10 million deal for a residency at Wynn Las Vegas’ XS Nightclub, reportedly committing to a minimum of 10 shows.
