Slim Jxmmi posted several tweets over the weekend pointing to a Rae Sremmurd split. But according to Billboard, reps for the duo insist Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi haven’t broken up and will “remain together.”

Rumors of the split exploded on Saturday (January 12) after Slim Jxmmi tweeted, “Y’all still got ya mans swae y’all a be skraight. “Y’all won it’s a wrap. Not SremmLife. I’m not Rae Sremmurd. I’m slim jxmmi and ima sink or swim by myself.”

The official Rae Sremmurd Twitter account attempted to do damage control after the news started to circulate.

“Brothers gonna be brothers,” the tweet read. “It’s SREMMLIFE forever. But Jxmmi replied in another since-deleted tweet, “Noooosuuurrrr whoever tweeted this get off the Rae Srem page.”
