Public Enemy mastermind Chuck D has announced a new gallery show featuring original works in watercolor and ink. Titled “Artmageddon,” the show is being held at Shepard Fairey’s Subliminal Projects Gallery in Los Angeles.
Fairey, who penned the foreword for Chuck’sThis Day In Rap and Hip Hop History book, spoke about the Hip Hop luminary’s impact on the culture in a press release and is clearly thrilled to host Chuck’s work.

I’m very excited to announce that our gallery Subliminal Projects will be opening an exhibition of Chuck’s artwork this January.

The admiration is mutual. Chuck is equally impressed with Fairey’s fingerprint on the art community.
