DJ Shadow
has put together a short tour to tide fans who won’t be catching him at
the Coachella and Bonnaroo festivals. He’ll start the tour off in Portland on April 23rd.

After a three year hiatus the remaining members of D-12 are
getting ready to release their next album. Members of the group have
faced a multitude of charges in the past year, in addition to losing
Proof after a deadly shootout in a Detroit nightclub.

The album will be entitled Natural Born
Killers
, Denaun Porter (aka Mr. Porter) of D-12 will be producing the majority of the tracks, executive producing, with the rest of the Shady family doing appearances.
50 Cent, Obie Trice and Nate Dogg, who are all said to be on the album.

Also, guest producers on the album will include Timbaland, Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Hi-Tek and J.R Rotem.
Their first single is a scripted comedy take on how their fans who haven’t been pleased with Eminem and the groups recent albums.

The release is set for April, and as a bonus for Eminem fans, they
say we can anticipate his 5th album this November.

While Snoop is busy getting in trouble in Sweden, Matt McGinley, drummer for Gym Class Heroes was arrested early Monday morning in Mexico.
McGinley was last seen out at a
club with the rest of his band Sunday
evening. Details are still forthcoming, but it is known that the band
was in Mexico to perform for a television taping. “The Butcher” from
The Academy Is.. filled in for the taping while management continues to
get Matt out.
Local counsel has been hired to try to resolve the issue at hand.
Neither the band nor its representatives could be reached for comment.
