When it comes to money, Kanye West evidently doesn’t have to adhere to any spending limits. According to Page Six, ‘Ye just bought wife Kim Kardashian a $14 million condo at Miami’s 18-story Faena House, also known as the “Billionaire Beach Bunker.”
TMZ reports Kanye scouted the place while in Miami for Art Basel and secretly made the offer before Christmas so he could surprise his reality television queen wife.
Located right on the beach, the condo boasts 4,700 square feet, four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and a large terrace. The Faena House itself also has a spa, pool, concierge, underground parking and a gym for all residents to use.

Famous residents include Goldman Sachs chairman Lloyd Blankfein, hedge-fund billionaire Ken Griffin and Faena co-developer Len Blavatnik.
