The battle between Joyner Lucas and Tory Lanez has inspired Ras Kass to drop his own diss track. The West Coast OG has released “Smoke Break” in response to Lucas name-dropping Ras in his “Litty Freestyle.”

Ras kicks off the track by playing a clip from the “Litty Freestyle” featuring the line “you ain’t half bad but you rapping like Ras Kass.” He then launches into some bars aimed at Lucas and declares, “Challenge accepted.”

The beat switches to Lucas’ “I’m Not Racist,” which prompts Ras to lay out his version of a proper diss track.

“Nobody rap like Ras do, clarified/I’d never let it slide, every nigga verified is terrified/Voldemort, he who must not be named/When Prince piss on a peon that’s Purple Rain/T-Pain, I should sing when I’m winning/Litty, that’s just a match that was already finished/Strike once and the flame is diminished/Struck out like nepotism, I just gave son the business/Rasy stupid Lucas/Cut him in half, that’s how you diss Joyner Lucas,” he raps.

Much like the battle between Lucas and Lanez, Ras makes it clear that he’s got no real beef. He closes out the track with a message to Lucas then jokes about rapping over the Family Guy theme.

“Wasn’t sure if you was trolling or not,” he explains. “Either way, it’s all love bro. That’s what makes this rap shit exciting.”
