Organized Konfusion OG Pharoahe Monch is back with a new visual for “24 Hours” featuring M.O.P. rapper Lil Fame, which arrives on Monch’s 46th birthday.

Directed by MR COMPLEX and edited by McCray Media, the video begins by putting Monch’s numerous asthma inhalers and medications on display.

For roughly three-and-a-half minutes, he tells the story of his involvement with a defunct label that still owes him money. He gives a record executive 24 hours to give him his “muthafuckin money.”
This appears to be the tip of the iceberg for Monch. He tells HipHopDX he’s “got more goodness coming down the line.”
