Mike D & Ad-Rock To Host Special "Beastie Boys Book" Live Events

As the time to get ill gets closer, Beastie Boys’ Mike D and Ad-Rock have signed up for six live events in support of theBeastie Boys Book.

Boasting two events in New York, three in California and one in London, the live series will include a Q & A with feature readings, a special guest moderator and live score from fellow Beastie Mix Master Mike.

Tickets for each event go on sale this Friday (September 28). Each ticket is accompanied by a free copy of the book.

A Beastie Boys memoir is something the surviving members of the New York trio have been toying with for awhile. Mike D promised the book was on its way during an interview with Beats 1 Radio in January and a release date was finally unveiled in May.

The Beastie Boys Book officially arrives on October 30.
