2 Chainz is back for another episode of VICELAND’s Most Expensivest. This time, he visits The Palace, the world’s most expensive retirement home.
Located in Coral Gables, Florida, the luxurious facility places socialization at the top of the priority list and hosts numerous events throughout the day, including a Happy Hour at 5 o’clock and knitting classes.
Among its many amenities, The Palace boasts a restaurant, theatre, cafe, bar, gym and a pool. The building itself costs $100,000,000.
In the clip, Tity Boi meets with Norman and Pearl, two retirees paying $13,000 a month to live at The Palace.

Of course, 2 Chainz knows a thing or two about luxury. The platinum-selling rapper just married his bride at the Versace Mansion earlier this month. As part of the ceremony, he rented a white tiger, which was one of the many indulgences he enlisted for the nuptials.
