WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA

After being named as spectators for a brutal beating courtesy of the hands of Younes Bendjima, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. are being forced to lawyer up.

TMZ reports that Bennett Sipes, the man on the receiving end of the former boxer’s fists of fury, is suing all aforementioned personnel as well as West Hollywood nightclub Delilah for “extreme mental anguish and physical pain” and payment of his medical bills.

According to Colin Jones, Sipes’ attorney, “We gave the defendant’s months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client.”

In the lawsuit, Sipes claims he saw Drake give the “throat cut” hand gesture moments before he was assaulted. In the survillence video, a visibly disturbed Drake is actually seen moving away from altercation as it breaks as Beckham walks up onto the scene with the fight underway.

In the video, the group of nearly a dozen people appears to leave through a backdoor when an employee and Younes take part in a verbal exchange.

From there, an enraged Younes can be seen punching the employee, grabbing his hair, and then punching him several times again. Drake and OBJ remain in the background as Younes and another member of his crew attack the man.

At one point, Drake appears to make a U-turn as the assault continues.

A person who was allegedly present during the encounter, says the employee “talked smack” to the group.
