Renowned R&B lyricist Velous is putting his stamp onto 2018’s robust music scene by partnering with HipHopDX for the release of his “Drop Down” lyric video.
“With my all of my music, I really try to make a vibe for a moment,” Velous explains to HipHopDX. “I try not to go out of my way to sell it or force it. ‘Drop Down’ is no different. I know for sure it’s going to fuck the club and the streets up, in the best way possible.”
Given the explicit nature of the video, it comes as no surprise that “Drop Down” is part of a larger aphrodisiac with his upcoming Xotica album. The record follows the Fabolous and Chris Brown “Flipmode (Remix),” as well as his solo effort “Cliche” in his releases for the year.
