After being sentenced to one year in jail for violating his
probation, brewing from a DUI charge, Detroit emcee, Royce Da 5’9” is free.
Serving a few months of his charge, Royce was greeted by Mike B,
co-owner of M.I.C. Records, as he
was set free by Trusty Camp on a work release program.
Not one to take this for granted, Royce is already hard at work in the studio. His new mixtape The Bar Exam will be dropping at the end
of the month, hosted by DJ Premier
and Statik Selektah. Featuring a
brand new DJ Premier record, which
will be the A-Side of his new single (with the B-Side being Ding).
