Singer Demi Lovato has received support from all over after it was reported that she was hospitalized following an alleged overdose, including from many in the Hip Hop community.
From Cardi B to Macklemore, a number of rappers have turned to social media to send their love Lovato’s way.
Missy Elliott asked for compassion for the 25-year-old singer during this rough time while Questlove referred to the news as “heartbreaking.”
During his performance in Massachusetts on Tuesday (July 24), Macklemore dedicated his “Otherside” record to Lovato.

“And I just want to send prayers and my thoughts and love out to Demi Lovato … When we have this disease of addiction that ties us addicts together. And that’s my sister in recovery,” Macklemore said.
Other musicians to send love and best wishes include Kehlani, Bruno Mars and Wale.
CNN reported on Wednesday that the former Disney Channel star was awake, stable and with her family at a Los Angeles hospital.
