New York, NY

2017 was an extremely big year for DMV rap hero GoldLink — and he didn’t even have to change his atypical quiet demeanor.

His breakout album, At What Cost, not only received a positive HipHopDX review but was also awarded The Most Slept-On Album Award. And the LP’s lead single, “Crew” (alongside Brent Faiyaz and Shy Glizzy) earned the 25-year-old MC his first Grammy nomination, his biggest splash on the Billboard 100 Chart (peaking at #45) and was snagged HipHopDX’s Collaboration of the Year Award.

After a successful string of tour runs and shiny RIAA plaques, GoldLink is back on the scene with “Good Friends,” a rap/R&B ditty that highlights all the sensational sin that guest feature Miguel excels in these days.
