Lil Uzi Vert canceled an appearance at The Festival Santa Teresa in Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada, and now the police have gotten involved after fans rioted to show their displeasure at his absence.
The “XO Tour Llif3” rapper has canceled appearances at festivals before, for a variety of reasons, but this time, his failure to appear had everything to do with immigration border control in Canada, and nothing to do with him, or so he claims.
Uzi took to social media to rant about the whole situation, saying he knows he has a reputation for missing shows, so he tried to fulfill his obligations at the festival. But no such luck.

“Coulda went to the muthafuckin Billboard Awards,” he said.
When fans realized that he wasn’t putting in an appearance, they rushed the stage and began vandalizing it, as the video below shows.
