The trailer for City Of Lies, a film that details the investigation surrounding the death of The Notorious B.I.G. and is based on Randall Sullivan’s non-fiction book “LAbyrinth,” has been released.

The Monday (May 21) release of the trailer comes on what would have been the celebrated rapper’s 46th birthday.

Starring a who’s who of talent, including Johnny Depp and Forest Whitaker, City Of Lies will specifically delve into the years former LAPD detective Russell Poole spent trying to solve Biggie’s murder.

Alleged corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department will also be a focal point of the film.
