“When you get a new Ghostface album, the only reasonable reaction is to get lost in it,” said The New York Times.

Wednesday 11/15: There was an O.D.B. tribute in New York
City, at the Canal Room. Local artists gathered and did songs in honor
of the fallen rapper who would have been 38 today.

Thursday 11/16: People have been buzzing about Jay-Z’s dis
track to Jim Jones, “Brooklyn High”. I think it’s better than the
Dame Dash/Jim Jones track against Jay but I’m not excited about the
beef. Jay and Nas was the best beef Hip-Hop has seen in a while. I

think?

Saturday 11/18: The Love Storm Group, based in New York City,
presented their first ever all-Hip-Hop Urban Erotika series. Urban
Erotika is an erotic performance showcase happening once a month in New
York City. People come from all over to share their talents (acting,
dancing, music, art, poetry, etc) and celebrate Eros. Tonight’s show,
although seductive and sensual, was definitely live as Substantial,
Faro-Z, Fresh Daily, Toni Blackman, Purple Haze, Steph and others did
their thing.

In other news, reports came in today about The Game being arrested
for impersonating a police officer. Is this true? Is he well? Why would
he do something like that? Seriously, of all the publicity stunts…

Questions? Tid bits? Comments?
