Comedian Gary Owen channeled Tekashi 6ix9ine for his recent interview with The Breakfast Club.
Rocking a rainbow-colored wig and massive “69” on his forehead, Owen attempted to recreate the same Breakfast Club interview the Brooklyn-bred rapper did with the crew last week.
When Charlamagne pressed him about his conflicting gang affiliations, Owen replied, “We all bloods. I’m O positive, what are you?”
Later, Angela Yee asked, “Aren’t you concerned about all the beef with all these other artists?” Owen said, “I’m vegan, so I stopped eating beef three years ago. I got no beef ’cause there ain’t no beef in my system.”

From there, DJ Envy finally blurted out, “Why are you dressed like Tekashi 6ix9ine?” but Owen just played stupid and responded with a simple, “What? I don’t even know who you talking about. It’s me … This is me, man. I’m independent. I’m the hottest artist in the streets right now.”
Owen’s parody has little chance of surpassing the more than 6 million (and counting) YouTube views the DAY69 rapper’s original interview yielded. As he predicted throughout the show, Tekashi’s interview is one of the biggest in The Breakfast Club’s history but it’s still about 8 million views behind the infamous Birdman interview, which currently sits around 14 million views.
