E-40 Launches Lawsuit For “Captain Save A Hoe” Book Profits

40 Water is accusing Kane and her publishers of lifting the title from his 1993 track of the same name.

In new court documents, the “Sprinkle Me” rapper claims he owns the rights to the phrase “Captain Save a Hoe” and that Kane blatantly stole it for her own gain. 40 wants a judge to pull book from shelves and is requesting any profits Kane has made from the book.

E-40 published a book of slang terminology awhile back, so I’m sure he knows exactly how to cease and desist the womans’ book and collect his revenue from it. But I bet you didn’t know none of that shit judging from your uninformed comment. Now you know.
