The conversation took place at the newly erected Strange Music West, which is currently under construction. It’s been several years since Strange Music announced Strange Music West and named former Priority Records executive Dave Weiner as Vice President. Located in the heart of Hollywood’s tourist destination, the space is shared with Cinematic Pictures Gallery, and wedged between the TCL Chinese Theatre and Dolby Theatre.

During our time with Tech, he also divulged some information about upcoming music releases from the independent label.
