Seventeen years ago, Hip Hop luminary Big Daddy Kane was a special guest at Tim Westwood’s studio in the U.K. The veteran radio host has unearthed another jewel in the form of a vintage Kane freestyle over Prodigy and Alchemist’s “Keep It Thoro” instrumental that was a result of that visit. The New York-based MC has been in the game since emerging with the Juice Crew in the early ’80s, and catapulted to legendary status after solo albums like 1988’s Long Live The Kane and 1989’s It’s A Big Daddy Thing. The LOX has dropped a vicious freestyle over Drake’s “Can’t Have Everything,” which finds Jadakiss, Sheek Louch and Styles P giving it their all for over three minutes.
