The Cleveland Cavaliers may have missed out on a #1 seed for the NBA Playoffs, but LeBron James doesn’t seem too concerned, sharing a preview of Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN.album before its release at midnight tonight (April 14). In an Instagram Story, the All-Star shows himself bumping his head along to a medley of the new tunes.
The Cavs are set to host the Indiana Pacers Saturday in the first round of the postseason and DAMN. will probably serve as a proper soundtrack.
James also shared excitement when K-Dot released “The Heart Part 4,” using that for his pump-up playlist as the regular season wrapped up.
The three-time NBA Champion had previously begged TDE’s CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith to release the Compton MC’s “untitled” tracks. The label’s in-house producer Sounwave then credited James for putting the fire behind the drop of untitled unmastered.

King James apparently heard Drake’s More Life, or at least part of it, months before its March release as well. He tweeted these “Lose You” lyrics back in January.
