Charlie Murphy’s life came to an end early Wednesday morning (April 12). Understandably, the larger-than-life comedian’s passing has people pouring out their heartfelt condolences all over social media. Murphy, who is Eddie Murphy’s older brother, was just 57 at the time of his death and noticeably thinner in recent months. He reportedly succumbed to leukemia.

Widely known for his roles on Chappelle’s Show and in movies like CB4and Jungle Fever, Murphy’s absence will be felt by many. Members of the Hip Hop community, including Ice-T, Ice Cube, Nas, Chris Rock, LL Cool J, Chuck D, Big Boi and Chance The Rapper all expressed their sorrow over losing such a rare comedic talent. God Bless the Homie! Luv
