The RIAA recognized a slew of new certifications February 24, including a gold plaque for Childish Gambino’s “Redbone.”

The song, which is one of the singles from the Atlanta artist’s funky Awaken, My Love!album, was officially recognized for selling 500,000 units. “Redbone” appears as the intro track for Jordan Peele’s Get Out movie.

“I love the ‘Stay Woke’ [lyric] — that’s what this movie is about,” the comedian said to HipHopDX about picking the song for his directorial debut. “I wanted to make sure that this movie satisfied the black horror movie audience’s need for characters to be smart and do things that intelligent and observant people would do.”

21 Savage and Metro Boomin’s “X” featuring Future gets a nod for 2 million units as it’s certified double platinum. Another Savage Mode cut, “No Heart,” surpassed the million sales mark in January.
