The DX Digest for Tuesday (February 21) is all about love as Lil Wayne’s “Love Letter To Nola” and DJ Premier’s “2 Lovin U” with Miguel take the top two slots. Sliding in the third spot is Your Old Droog’s comedic video for “Help” featuring Wiki and Edan while Lil Durk’s “Better” follows closely behind. Little Simz’s Tiny Desk Concert, Jevon Doe’s “Ran Out” video, Narcotechs’ “Chicken Lo Mein,” visual and Slim Thug’s “Enemy” make the list in addition to music from Local-Mu12 and Euroz. We’ve even thrown in a little FaceTiming with Kodak Black and that cocky teenager responsible for the “Cash Me Ousside” meme because…why not?

lil wayne- “Love letter to nola”

Produced by The FADER and Beats By Dre, a new short film featuring Lil Wayne serves as a “Love Letter To Nola,” the illustrious rapper’s hometown. In a mere one-minute, the Crescent City native talks about Louisiana’s deep sense of culture, feeling at home on stage in his city and being part of New Orleans’ musical fabric. Archival footage of Weezy as a kid in Hollygrove is also included in the brief video. Watch it above.

KODAK BLACK & CASH ME OUSSIDE GIRL – “FACETIME VIDEO”

After suddenly popping up in his “Everything 1K” video, Kodak Black is once again entertaining the obnoxious 13-year-old “Cash Me Ousside” girl with a lengthy FaceTime video. It features some of the most asinine and banal conversation most likely ever captured on an iPhone. When she tells Kodak that she’s been talking to another rapper, he tells her, “You about to put that pussy on him.” Cute.
