It’s not long since Chance The Rapper dropped his bath-time playlist, and it now seems like the Chicago rapper is trying to provide us with tracks for all occasions.

Along with sharing a Christmas mixtape with Jeremih, Chano gives fans a playlist of his favorite holiday tunes.  He appeared on BBC Radio 1 with Huw Stephens to reveal his own favorite festive songs — and proved he’s got damn good taste.

Soul classic “This Christmas” by Donny Hathaway kicked off the playlist, which also featured a tribute to Chance’s friend Kanye West, as Chance selected “Christmas in Harlem.”

Chance dedicated his final song to a “very important person in all of our lives and he will be truly missed, this is for little Michael,” — choosing the Jackson 5 rendition of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.”

The 23-year-old Chicagoan also offered his reflections on 2016, a year which many agree has been the worst in recent memory: “2016 kinda sucked. A lot of legends past away, a lot of weird legislation and elections, and a lot of strange things that I don’t think anybody could foresee.”

But it wasn’t all bad and he reflected on one special moment from the year.
